At Glass Slipper Formals and Bridal, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your selection; however, due to the delicate nature of formal wear, we offer a specialized return process for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your gown back to our boutique.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging with all designer tags attached and the protective garment bag included to ensure it remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to our returns department, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our specialists confirm the garment is unworn and unaltered, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
